Welcome to Trackinvaders! Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Trackinvaders mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
Trackinvaders is designed to help users discover, track, and explore Invader mosaics around the world. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the App or use it for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
Trackinvaders stores all user data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information on our servers. In the event of an error or crash, anonymized diagnostic data may be sent to Sentry, a third-party error tracking service.

By using the app, you consent to this limited and anonymous error reporting.
The App includes trademarks, copyrighted materials, and other intellectual property owned by us or by third parties. All such rights in the App belong to their respective owners. You may not use any content from the App without obtaining our prior written permission.
Trackinvaders is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the application will be free from errors or interruptions, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information provided through the application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackinvaders and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. While Invader information is sourced from reliable community contributions such as Invader Spotter and OpenStreetMap, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information. You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically, as continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the App at any time without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
